Courtyard Gretna is a true gem on the West Bank. The property is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and convenience. It’s perfectly located with easy access to major highways, downtown New Orleans, and local shopping. The service was top-notch—every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The food at the bistro was awful, the rooms are hot and the ac doesn’t work well, there’s no water pressure in the shower.

My only drawback is as a smoker I would have appreciated outside signage identifying the smoker’s area. Overall a great stay! Thanks
